Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Western Australia is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. model and support daily store operations. You will manage POS, stock, merchandising and loyalty promotions while maintaining visual presentation and a clean, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, strong English, and willingness to rotate shifts including nights and weekends. Basic computer skills and ability to lift 15kg daily are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
• Able to operate retail Point of Sale system.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily.
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily.
