Job summary

Crocs Cairns is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver outstanding service and maintain store standards. You’ll assist customers, operate the POS, stock shelves, and support promotions, while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

If you are 18+, have a High School certificate, 1–2 years retail experience, and fluent English, you could join our fast-paced team including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Able to operate retail Point of Sale system and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M.).
• Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
• Leads by example and collaborates with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Support team members in daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing of ideas and concerns.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older

• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system


• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily


• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
