Job summary

Crocs on the Gold Coast is seeking a retail team member to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations in a high growth environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and the ability to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends. Basic PC skills (Word/Excel/Email) and POS operation are necessary for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer proficiency with Word, Excel and Email; able to use POS.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to climb ladders and lift 15 kg or more with assistance daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures including inventory control.
• Lead by example and work with Store Management to improve KPIs.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions.
• Assist in other departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment and share ideas.

Overview

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of but not limited to those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
