Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a retail professional in Adelaide to deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and store events. You will support daily store operations, manage POS tasks, and help maintain visual presentation while contributing to a positive team environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Basic MS Word/Excel/Email skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions and concerns.

• Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness and recovery standards
• Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation and stock room management
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
• Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) is an advantage
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
• Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
