Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Sales Assistant for outbound calls based in Sydney, with work-from-home flexibility. You will reach out to our client database daily, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.

A strong phone track record helps, especially from boating/marine contexts, and you should be able to report results from home. Working hours are 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, at $33 per hour, plus $50 for each appointment that proceeds.

Qualifications

• Proven on the phone in sales or prospecting roles.
• Able to report daily call activity and outcomes.
• Boating or marine industry experience is a strong plus.
• Sydney-based with right to work in Australia for the contract period.
• Own laptop, reliable wifi, quiet workspace and headset required.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and database daily, qualify them and book appointments.
• Log every call in the CRM and follow up new leads promptly.
• Note: you do not negotiate or close deals; this is handled by the team.
