Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a boutique agency in Newstead. You will help with in- and out-of-office duties, conduct routine entries and exit inspections, and handle tenant liaison and applications, with modern systems supporting your day-to-day work.

With 6+ months experience and a QLD Real Estate Certificate, you will thrive in a friendly team that offers training, progression opportunities into PM, sales, or development, plus onsite parking

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a similar role.
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration required.
• Australian driver's license and strong computer skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants.
