Job summary

Natural Lighting Products in Sydney, NSW, seeks a sales administrator to support field sales and office operations in the building sector. You will handle inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate stock movements from our Rydalmere office.

Natural Lighting Products manufactures, supplies and Installs skylights and related roof glazing products to the domestic and commercial building markets. We are headquartered in Sydney NSW with sales operations in Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and Perth.

We are looking for a sales administrator who is looking to develop their career in the building and construction sector. Thisrole will suit a candidate with some sales, marketing or sales support experience, particularly in the building industry.

The successful candidate willbe responsible for the followingtasks:

Fielding customer inquiries and referring enquiries to the appropriate sales or support function.

Handling walk in enquires and sales transactions at our sales office in Rydalmere NSW.

Booking sales quotations and referrals.

Taking sales order directly either over the phone, via email or from walk-in customers.

Handling customer stock pick-ups and supplier stock deliveries

An immediate start is available. Full training will be provided. Previous experience in sales and/or operations is expected. Experience in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word is preferred. Any MYOB or MYOB Acumetica experience would be highly regarded.
