Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a Sales Administrator in Sydney to be the backbone of the team, handling order processing and customer service. You’ll work with a supportive manager and a small team, on a full-time rotating roster that includes weekdays and weekends.

You’ll be welcomed with full training, even if you’re new to FMCG, with career progression opportunities and a collaborative environment. Onsite parking is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, administration, sales administration or sales support.
• Friendly and proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Processing and entering customer sales orders
• Raising sales invoices and keeping records up to date
• Organising deliveries with customers and suppliers
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries
• Supporting internal processes and collaborating with your team
