Job Description

SALES ADMIN PROCESSES

Provide efficient, timely and accurate sales administration support including:

• High volume sales admin processing.
• Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer orders
• Inputting delivery and pick-up dates
• Ad hoc office duties including physical and electronic filing

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, 11:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility for 10:00am starts during busy periods, particularly at the end of promotional periods.

Weekend availability required when needed, primarily for annual leave coverage.

Availability to work Public Holidays and during key June and January sale periods.

Qualifications
