Job summary

Redpath at Olympic Dam is seeking a Safety & Training Coordinator to lead safety and training on a major underground mining project, with a 2/2 FIFO roster.

You will drive risk assessments, deliver training, and advance HSET initiatives while fostering a strong safety culture under 'Consider it Done - Safely'.

Camp facilities including gym, pool, ensuite rooms, salary package, and career growth opportunities accompany the role on a 2/2 FIFO schedule.

Qualifications

• Underground hard rock mining safety & training experience.
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE).
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Current Manual Driver's Licence.
