Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking a Safety & Training Coordinator for Olympic Dam on a 2/2 FIFO roster. You will lead safety and training functions on a major underground project, coordinating risk assessments and HSET initiatives.

You will deliver and facilitate training, drive compliance, and develop workforce competency while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground hard rock mining safety and training.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Current manual driver's licence.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Underground hard rock mining safety & training experience
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
• Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
