Redpath is seeking an experienced Underground Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance crews at Olympic Dam Mine, a premier underground operation in Australia. You will drive safety, reliability and performance across underground and surface maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter/Mechanic.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in underground mining.
• Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Current manual driver’s licence.

About Olympic Dam

Located approximately 550km north west of Adelaide, Olympic Dam is operated by BHP and is one of the world's most significant mining operations, producing copper, gold and uranium.

As one of the largest contractors on site, Redpath offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a large-scale underground environment while building a long-term career with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

Working 12 hour shifts on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, you'll lead maintenance activities across underground and surface operations, ensuring safety, reliability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
