Job summary

Golding is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for the Curragh Mine in Central Queensland. You will influence stakeholders, lead risk-based safety initiatives, and support site teams to achieve safe, reliable operations.

This 8/6 DIDO role offers camp accommodation if required, six weeks annual leave, meals provided, and a strong safety culture centred on wellbeing and teamwork. You will participate in inductions, audits, and incident investigations, and contribute to ongoing SHET compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' mining experience.
• Strong experience in risk assessments, auditing, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support teams.

Join Golding at Curragh Mine near Blackwater and play a key role in driving a strong safety culture across site operations. We're looking for an experienced Safety Advisor who can confidently influence stakeholders, lead risk-based safety initiatives, and support operational teams to achieve safe and successful outcomes.

This is an 8/6 DIDO role from Central Queensland, with camp accommodation provided if required.
