This is a true boots-on-the-ground role where you won’t be behind a desk all day. You’ll be visible on site, building strong relationships, influencing safe behaviours and motivating teams to do their best work, safely. With multiple Urban sites to support, strong organisation, time management and the ability to build trust quickly are essential.
Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will help drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across our Urban projects. Golding values practical, people-focused safety and encourages new ideas, innovation and ownership.
