Golding is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for the Curragh Mine in Central Queensland. You will influence stakeholders, lead risk-based safety initiatives, and support site teams to achieve safe, reliable operations.

This 8/6 DIDO role offers camp accommodation if required, six weeks annual leave, meals provided, and a strong safety culture centred on wellbeing and teamwork. You will participate in inductions, audits, and incident investigations, and contribute to ongoing SHET compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' mining experience.
• Strong experience in risk assessments, auditing, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and facilitating risk assessments
• Supporting incident investigations and reporting
• Conducting audits, inspections, and safety observations
• Assisting leaders with SHET compliance and improvement initiatives
• Maintaining SHET systems, registers, and reporting requirements
• Delivering inductions and contributing to site communication forums
