Job summary

EBOS Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for EBOS Healthcare 3PL to support the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in directing the team to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective operation. You will drive safety culture, develop people, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound transport, and help meet KPIs while complying with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory and supply chain processes.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive an active safety culture in designated areas of operation.
• People development in designated area to drive best practice and succession planning.
• System and process adherence to meet established operations KPIs.
• Focus on inventory management to minimise customer impact from errors.
• Coordinate and manage inbound/outbound transport deliverables.
• Ensure compliance to SOPs and work instructions; contribute to improvements.
