EBOS Group's OneLink NSW in Yennora is creating a hands-on leadership role to build and lead the Inventory & Systems function across a high-volume healthcare logistics operation. You will partner with Operations, Customer Service, IT and Finance to improve inventory governance, accuracy and reporting, while driving continuous improvement and future automation to boost productivity and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have inventory management experience in logistics.
• Strong data and reporting to identify trends.
• Lead and develop a small Inventory & Systems team.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: Coach and develop a small Inventory & Systems team; establish clear accountability and consistent ways of working.
• Protect stock integrity: Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability and stock control across a high-volume operation.
• Own the systems: Be the site SME for WMS, ERP interfaces, master data and operational reporting.
• Translate the data: Use reporting and BI tools to identify trends and provide practical insights.
• Partner with HealthShare: Collaborate on reporting, forecasting and replenishment activity.
• Drive improvement: Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to boost productivity and service outcomes.
