Job summary

EBOS Group's Symbion division is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across Western Australia, ensuring safe receipt, storage, picking, despatch and delivery of products to hospitals and pharmacies. You will drive inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost efficiency and a positive team culture, while implementing Lean practices and using MANGO QMS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant and efficient receipt, storage, picking, despatch and delivery of Symbion products across Western Australia.
• Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy, including minimising picking errors.
• Achieve on-time delivery targets.
• Manage costs including productivity, freight and operational efficiencies.
• Develop a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Support the implementation of competitive systems and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardised procedures and work practices.
• Demonstrate and promote Lean Management principles; maintain 5S workplace organisation standards.
• Utilise the MANGO QMS, WHS System and Infolink as relevant to role responsibilities.
