Job summary

Etex in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, drive safety, accuracy and a high‑performing team culture in a fast‑moving environment. This hands‑on role focuses on safe, cost‑efficient movement of goods and exceptional service to our customers.

You will report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager and oversee despatch, rostering, inventory integrity, cycle counts and staff development, while using SAP and MS Office to monitor performance and

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong inventory management and warehouse systems knowledge.
• Extensive SAP experience and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and driving performance outcomes.
• Strong reporting, analytical and investigation skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Forklift Licence and Drivers Licence.
