• Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and project requirements.
• Work closely with site and project teams to identify and manage safety risks.
• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture.

About the Role

• Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and project requirements
• Work closely with site and project teams to identify and manage safety risks
• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture

About You

• Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
• Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and management
• Practical, approachable and proactive in your approach to safety
• Ability to work across multiple projects as required
