Job summary

Martian Logic in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build our sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for our Business Development Managers. This permanent full-time role offers AU$65,000–$75,000 per year.

You'll identify and research potential leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach, creating personalised outreach to showcase our value proposition. HubSpot familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS SDR experience.
• Proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, and social selling.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Create personalised outreach to generate prospect interest and communicate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads effectively and schedule discovery calls with Business Development Managers.
• Meet and exceed targets for discovery calls booked and conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed notes in HubSpot and keep BDMs briefed before discovery meetings.
