Job summary

Brandwatch is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Melbourne to generate and nurture leads for our SaaS offerings. You will research potential accounts, engage prospects, and schedule meetings that convert into qualified opportunities.

You will work closely with the Account Executive team to build a strong pipeline, conduct ~100 outbound activities daily, and develop brand knowledge across industry trends and news.

Qualifications

• Background in sales (SDR/BDR or SaaS experience preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Motivation and determination to meet targets.
• Ability to execute and take responsibility.
• Coachability and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Brandwatch and first point of contact with potential customers.
• Stay up to date on industry news and social media landscape.
• Become an expert on Brandwatch, our business, and SaaS product.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue.
