Job summary

iClassPro is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in Australia. You will own the full customer journey from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing success, driving sales, retention and satisfaction.

The role involves onboarding, training, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, SaaS sales or customer success.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey for new accounts from first conversation through onboarding and long-term success.
• Lead onboarding for closed accounts, ensuring customers are set up, trained and confident in using the platform.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while acting in the customer's best interest.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and trends internally to drive improvements.
