Job summary

iClassPro is hiring an Account Manager to build strong client relationships and maximize value from our class management software across Australia. You will drive sales, retention, and customer satisfaction from onboarding through long-term success.

You will own the customer journey, train new accounts, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Support and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer success, and onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization, follow-through, and ownership over your work.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia.
• Own the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term success.
• Lead onboarding for the accounts you close, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to achieve them.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest.
• Partner closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and ideas for improvement.
