Job summary

iClassPro is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our class management software while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.

In this role, you will proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer success, and onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia.
• Own the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term success.
• Lead onboarding for the accounts you close, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to achieve them.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest.
• Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and ideas for improvement.
