Job summary

iClassPro is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Australia, helping customers maximize the value of our class management software while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.

You will own the full customer journey from initial contact through onboarding and long-term success, leading onboarding for new accounts and identifying upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth activity industry preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer success or onboarding in SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, and other youth activity businesses across Australia.
• Own the full customer journey for new accounts from first conversation through onboarding and long-term success.
• Lead onboarding for closed accounts ensuring customers are trained and confident using the platform.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and operators and help them achieve their goals with iClassPro.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest.
• Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Advocate for the customer by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement.
