Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, or heavy haulage operations management.
• Strong understanding of NHVAS/WAHVA and fatigue management compliance.
• Knowledge of load restraint and oversize/over mass transport regulations.
• Experience coordinating drivers, subcontractors, and fleet scheduling.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Competent computer and administration skills.
• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• WHS knowledge and understanding
• Heavy vehicle industry OSOM experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational expansion.
• Assist with pricing, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate daily transport operations to meet customer and project requirements.
• Allocate work schedules for drivers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with fatigue management, legal driving hours, NHVAS/WAHVA, and load restraint requirements.
• Manage company drivers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all drivers maintain inductions, passes, and permits.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Apply for oversize/over mass permits and clearances.
