Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Mitchell, QLD is seeking a customer-focused Merchandise Support team member to join our local branch. You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, process sales, manage stock, and support day-to-day operations with a friendly, efficient approach.

You’ll bring strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, plus a current driver’s licence. Forklift licence is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales support or merchandise environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Process sales and assist with product and pricing inquiries.
• Perform stock control, inventory management and shipping/receiving support.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming store environment.
