Qualificações

• Demonstrated passion for customer service and a positive approach.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Current driver’s licence; forklift ticket desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product questions and pricing, in-store and by phone.
• Manage inventory, place orders, receive deliveries and dispatches using store systems.
• Process counter sales, handle payments, and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean environment.
• Support promotional activities, signage and displays for visibility.
• Greet customers warmly and keep the store tidy and welcoming.
• Load/unload trucks, unpack deliveries and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Occasionally deliver products directly to farms in a timely and professional manner.
