Job summary

United Wambo Joint Venture (UWJV) invites applications for a Health Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Training Manager, you will advise, support and assist stakeholders in implementing health initiatives, procedures and policies across the site, including fitness for work, health monitoring and return-to-work programs.

The role requires a visible presence on site and interaction with all levels of staff, bringing allied health expertise and a strong

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Allied health (e.g., Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse).
Experience in injury management or allied health role.
Strong focus on customer service and achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues and competing priorities.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Advise, support and assist stakeholders in implementing health initiatives, procedures and policies.
Coordinate fitness for work, health monitoring and return to work programs.
Maintain a visible presence across the site and interact with all levels of staff.
Support Health, Safety & Training Manager in health-related projects and audits.
