Job summary

Murray Primary Health Network in Mildura invites applications for a part-time Coordinator Workforce Development (0.8 FTE) for a fixed term to 30 June 2027. Based across our regional sites, you will design and deliver professional development programs, workshops and webinars to strengthen the primary healthcare workforce.

You will coordinate projects from concept to evaluation, engage stakeholders, and build learning opportunities that address regional health priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging professional development programs, events and learning opportunities that strengthen the primary healthcare workforce across our region.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives from concept to completion, including planning, promotion, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• Identify emerging workforce needs, training gaps and opportunities to shape a responsive and impactful calendar of education and development activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, industry leaders and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences that address regional health priorities.
• Build strong relationships with peak bodies, health services, medical colleges and partner organisations to coordinate collaborative workforce development opportunities.
• Host and support a diverse range of online and in person events, fostering connections and capability across the primary healthcare sector.
