Job summary

Australian Trade Training College is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive delivery, performance and continuous improvement of key service delivery programs. The role reports to the RTO Manager and leads operations, budgets, risks and governance to meet contractual and quality targets.

You will oversee planning, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with government agencies, employers, and partners to ensure high standards and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading RTO operations within compliance frameworks.
• Strong grasp of vocational education regulatory standards and QA requirements.
• Experience with Recognition of Prior Learning processes and assessment quality.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets and program performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, performance and continuous improvement of assigned programs.
• Ensure compliance with RTO standards, contractual obligations and policies.
• Oversee budgets, revenue targets, expenditure and resource allocation.
