Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a part-time Sales & Customer Service Officer in its Sydney City team. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle rentals, and promote add-ons while achieving individual and team sales goals.

You will inspect vehicles, maintain knowledge of current promotions, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. This role offers shift loading and ongoing training, with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
