Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer in Perth City on a casual basis. You will greet customers, process rental agreements, upsell services, and handle inquiries with a service-first approach.

The role involves vehicle inspections, maintaining promotions knowledge, building relationships for repeat business, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for rental. A valid Australian driver’s license and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles according to their preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services and products to assist with sales efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Detailing and cleaning vehicles to business quality standards.
• Refuel and transport vehicles as needed.
