Europcar Mobility Group seeks a Sales & Customer Service Officer for our Sydney Airport team on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell products, and maintain vehicle standards while delivering a high level of service.

The role offers an hourly rate with shift loading, uncapped incentives, training, and career development within a global mobility brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals.
• Stay updated on promotions and services.
