TLC Healthcare is seeking a proactive Medical Receptionist for a roving role across our Central Melbourne and regional TLC Medical Centres. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage inquiries, and support front-desk operations with professionalism and empathy.

In this fast-paced healthcare setting, you’ll travel between TLC locations, collaborate with clinicians and admin teams, and contribute to a smooth, patient-centered experience while maintaining accurate records and billing

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Reception or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience using Best Practice software.
• Familiarity with NDIS, Support at Home and WorkCover invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment bookings, patient enquiries and reception activities.
• Answer calls and coordinate calendars efficiently.
• Maintain patient records and administrative documentation.
• Process medical and allied health billings and invoices.
• Support various administrative processes across sites.
