Job summary

NEX Building Group invites graduates for its 2027 Graduate Program in Sydney. The program runs for two years with rotations across Construction, Project Delivery, Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Interior Design, based in the office Monday to Friday.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in workshops, and receive dedicated mentoring to build a lasting career in residential construction. We seek graduates from 2025 or 2026 holding a degree in Construction Management, Building and Design,

Qualifications

• Graduates from 2025 or 2026 are desired.
• Degrees in Construction Management, Building and design, Built Environment, Property Development, Project Management, Trade Qualification or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year structured Graduate Program with rotations across Construction, Project Delivery, Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Interior Design.
• Gain hands-on experience and contribute to live projects while developing leadership capabilities.
• Receive mentorship, workshops and leadership development throughout the program.
