Job summary

NEX Building Group invites graduates for a 2027-2029 two-year Graduate Program in residential construction. You will rotate through offices Monday to Friday, gain exposure to multiple building disciplines, and participate in leadership development and mentoring programs.

Graduates from 2025 or 2026 with degrees in construction-related fields are preferred. This program leads to a permanent role within the group upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Degree in construction/building disciplines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across residential building disciplines.
• Attend soft skills and professional development workshops.
• Join keynote sessions with industry leaders and site tours.
• Receive mentorship and buddy support throughout the program.
• Transition into a permanent role upon program completion.
