Job summary

McDonald Jones Homes in Australia is offering a structured 2-year Graduate Program starting February 2027, with rotations across the residential building sector, and you’ll be based in the office Monday to Friday.

We seek graduates with 2025/2026 degrees in Construction Management, Building and Design, Built Environment, Property Development, Project Management or related fields who communicate well and are eager to learn, with occasional interstate travel.

About the Program

Commencing February 2027, our structured 2-year Graduate Program provides exposure to multiple areas of the residential building industry through a series of rotations. You’ll be based in the office Monday to Friday.

Throughout the program, graduates will participate in:

• Soft skills and professional development workshops
• Keynote speaker sessions with industry and business leaders
• A collaborative graduate group project
• Leadership development opportunities
• Tours of Supaloc, MyChoice, display homes and key supplier locations
• Dedicated mentor and buddy support

Following successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into a permanent role within NEX Building Group.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates who:
