NEX Building Group is offering a 2027 Graduate Program in construction and safety, based in our Newcastle area office with Monday–Friday site presence. The 2-year program provides exposure to residential building, risk management and safety leadership, starting February 2027.

Graduates will rotate through multiple disciplines, benefit from mentoring, and have a pathway to a permanent role within the group upon completion.

Qualificações

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Degree in Construction Management, Building and Design, Built Environment, Property Development, Project Management, Trade Qualification or related discipline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to undertake occasional interstate travel.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in rotations across multiple areas of the residential building industry.
• Attend soft-skill and leadership development sessions and mentor-led activities.
• Engage in tours, projects and networking within the business.
