Job summary

GEO Healthcare, based in Melbourne, is seeking a Rosters Officer to join the People & Culture Team. You will coordinate staff rostering for Primary Healthcare Services across Victoria's public prisons, reporting to the Director, People & Culture.

This full-time role is based at the Melbourne CBD head office, with a start date as soon as possible and 5 days onsite per week. A strong focus on accuracy, Kronos rostering, payroll awareness and collaboration with Health Services Managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to resolve payroll and roster queries quickly.
• Strong oral and written communication with staff.
• Experience with Kronos rostering and payroll systems.
• Experience with budgets/expenses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rostering across GEO Healthcare locations.
• Work with Health Services Managers to meet rostering needs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and payroll decisions.
• Maintain accurate rosters and respond to queries promptly.
• Work onsite 5 days per week.
