Job summary

Brook Recruitment is seeking a proactive Temporary Rosters Officer to manage clinical rostering across 14 Health Centres. This hands-on role requires a logical problem solver who can start immediately and cover shifts across sites.

You will roster Doctors, Dentists and Allied Health staff, liaise with locum agencies, and maintain rostering data in Excel (UKG experience a bonus). The position is full-time, on-site in Melbourne with immediate start through to January and a supportive team handover.

Qualifications

• Background in HR, admin or rostering.
• Confident with Excel (UKG experience a bonus).
• Proactive, organised and a clear communicator.
• Available immediately for a full time, on site role.

Responsibilities

• Manage rosters for Doctors, Dentists and Allied Health staff across multiple sites.
• Fill shifts and move resources around to keep every centre covered.
• Liaise with locum agencies when gaps arise.
• Maintain rostering data, mostly in Excel.
