Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Rostering Coordinator for our Community Aged Care roster team in Chermside. This role focuses on creating reliable staff schedules to support vulnerable clients and maintain independence and wellbeing.

You will coordinate rosters across Community Aged Care and NDIS services, manage short-notice changes, and ensure compliance with leave, checks and funding requirements, contributing to high-quality, efficient service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in rostering, workforce planning, scheduling or coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience with roster management systems and MS Office.
• Probity checks as required by WMQ policy.
• Experience in Community Aged Care, Home Care, Disability Services or Health Care.
• Business administration or related qualifications.
• Experience using ComCare or similar workforce management systems.

Rostering Coordinator - Community Aged Care

At Wesley Mission Queensland, our rostering team is at the heart of delivering exceptional care. Every roster you create helps ensure vulnerable community members receive reliable support to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

As a Rostering Coordinator, you'll work closely with clients, support workers, agency staff and internal stakeholders to manage daily and ongoing schedules, coordinate leave coverage, resolve staffing challenges, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

No two days are the same. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, providing solutions, and making a genuine difference behind the scenes.
