We’re looking for a capable, reliable Rostering & Administration Officer to help keep our services running smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day staff rostering, answer calls and service enquiries, maintain accurate records and provide practical administrative support across the business.
You’ll join our Service Delivery Team and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
you’ll take an active role in organising and maintaining our support worker rosters, including:
Scheduling staff around participant needs, worker suitability, skills and availability.
Managing roster changes, cancellations and unfilled shifts.
Contacting staff to arrange coverage and keeping participants and families informed of changes.
Keeping rostering records accurate and following CCI’s scheduling procedures and applicable award requirements.
Identifying gaps early and working with the Service Delivery Team to resolve them.
We need someone who follows through, stays calm when plans change and understands that a roster is only useful when the right support is in place.
You’ll be a friendly, professional first point of contact for participants, families, staff and people enquiring about CCI’s services. This includes answering calls and emails, recording referral details, providing approved service information and following up enquiries. You’ll direct matters requiring assessment or a management decision to the appropriate team member.
You’ll help keep our information accurate, current and organised by:
Entering and updating participant and service information in CCI data and storage systems.
Preparing Service Agreements/quotes, consent forms and onboarding documents using approved information and templates.
Updating support plans in CRM and other records with information provided by the relevant team members.
Tracking outstanding paperwork and following up missing information.
Providing administrative assistance to the Service Delivery and Support Coordination teams.
Assisting with social media posts, community events and other business administration as required.
Accuracy, confidentiality and completing tasks on time are essential.
Like all members of our Service Delivery Team, you’ll also step in to provide direct participant support when coverage is needed.
These shifts will be allocated according to your skills, training and participant requirements.
Although your administrative work will be based at home, you’ll need to live within practical travelling distance of our Shoalhaven services.
You’ll suit this role if you:
Have strong administration and data entry skills, with close attention to detail.
Can organise a busy workload, manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
Communicate clearly and respectfully over the phone, by email and in person.
Are confident using computer systems and learning new software.
Work reliably from home while staying connected and responsive to your team.
Show initiative, solve everyday problems and recognise when to seek guidance.
Are comfortable providing direct disability support when required.
Experience in staff rostering or scheduling will be highly regarded, particularly in disability, aged care or community services. Familiarity with Deputy, Zoho CRM, Google Workspace or the NDIS would be an advantage, as would qualifications in business or office administration.
You’ll also need a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain them before commencing, plus a valid driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.

SCHADS Award Level 2, Pay Points 1–4, depending on experience.
