Job summary

Nick Scali Furniture in Australia seeks an organised and detail‑focused Roster Officer to support workforce scheduling across our retail network. You will monitor roster coverage and compliance, maintain accurate employee data, and prepare workforce reports for stores and regional leaders.

This hands-on role involves resolving issues, working with data, and turning workforce information into actions that help stores run smoothly. familiarity with Deputy/Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-focused; able to manage multiple schedules.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review rosters for gaps, coverage and leave.
• Identify roster risks and follow up on corrections.
• Prepare and distribute roster, attendance and scheduling reports.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and system profiles.
• Respond to roster, timesheet and system inquiries from leadership.
• Investigate data exceptions and reconcile information across records.
