Job summary

Technical Access Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians for facade restoration projects. Roles are available in part-time or full-time arrangements, with a typical 6:30 am to 3:30 pm schedule, Monday to Friday. On-site work, no FIFO, and opportunities to develop rope skills within an experienced crew.

From AU$40/hr plus super, compensation increases with competency and project needs. Prior painting or facade experience is welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

IRATA Level 1, 2, 3 Rope Access Technician

Technical Access is an established Sydney-based rope access and facade restoration company. We deliver high-quality projects for Meriton and other leading builders and property groups across Sydney.

We're looking for part-time or full-time IRATA technicians to join our crews on facade restoration projects. If you already have your rope access ticket and some painting or facade experience, we'll help you build your rope skills from there.

The role

You'll work as part of an experienced crew on varied, hands-on facade restoration projects across Sydney. You'll learn on the job, take on more responsibility as your skills grow, and help deliver safe, quality work on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing hands-on facade restoration work, including pressure washing, caulking, concrete repairs and painting.

Working safely on ropes and following site risk controls and safe work practices.

Supporting your crew leader to keep work productive and on schedule.

Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Building your rope access skills alongside experienced technicians.

About you

You'll have:

Current IRATA (TRAC or equivalent accepted) Level 1, 2 or 3 certification.

Construction Induction White Card.

Working Safely at Heights certification.

A good attitude and a willingness to learn.

A practical, reliable and safety-focused approach.
