Job summary

Athena Rope Access Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC is seeking motivated Rope Access Technicians (Level 1–3) to join our growing team starting immediately. We provide rope access and building maintenance services across Melbourne, including window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing and façade inspections.

Requirements include IRATA/SPRAT Level 1–3 certification, 500 logged rope access hours for Level 1, White Card, First Aid and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• IRATA/SPRAT Level 1–3 certification required.
• Minimum 500 logged rope access hours for Level 1 technicians.
• Current Construction White Card.
• First Aid certificate.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Australian driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access tasks for window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing and façade inspections.
• Carry out remedial works as required and maintain safety standards on site.

Rope Access Technician - Immediate Start

Athena Rope Access Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC

Athena Rope Access is looking for motivated Rope Access Technicians (Level 1–3) to join our growing Melbourne-based team, starting immediately.

We provide rope access and building maintenance services across Melbourne, including window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing, façade inspections and remedial works.

Requirements:

Current IRATA or SPRAT certification (Level 1, 2 or 3)

Minimum 500 logged rope access hours for Level 1 technicians

Current Construction White Card

First Aid

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented

Australian driver's licence preferred

Experience preferred

Window cleaning

Painting and concrete repair

Caulking

What We Offer:

Full weeks of work, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

$50–$70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
