Job summary

Realm Property Cleaning Services – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Rope Access Team Leader (Level 2) to front remedial building maintenance projects. You will lead a small team of up to 4 technicians and act as the on-site client contact, blending rope access with hands-on trade expertise for high-rise structural repair.

This role requires remedial/window cleaning experience, strong problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to site safety.

Qualifications

In this role, you will be the on-site client contact, combining your rope access skills with hands‑on trade expertise. You will lead a small team of up to 4 technicians to execute high‑quality structural repair work on high‑rise structures. The ideal candidate will have Rope access window cleaning experience

Immediate start with a consistent and strong pipeline of upcoming projects,High-quality, modern rigging equipment and power tools provided.

Key responsibilities

Lead a small team of up to 4 technicians on high‑rise structural repair projects

Act as the primary on‑site contact , providing progress updates and reporting any site issues immediately

Execute surface preparation, grinding, caulking, joint sealing and painting work

Perform hands‑on trade expertise combined with rope access skills

About you

Rope Access Level 2 certification with both remedial and window cleaning experience

Strong problem‑solving abilities, clear communication skills, and an uncompromising attitude toward site safety

Safely operate power tools such as angle grinders, multi tools and wire brushes and hand tools to grind down degraded concrete, rust, and old material and proven experience handling paint and materials

Lead and manage a small team of rope access technicians, assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work meets high quality standards.
