Job summary

EQUILINE PROJECTS PTY LTD in Sydney invites an experienced Painter to join our building restoration team. This full-time role involves painting and maintaining commercial-building surfaces across sites in Sydney, with emphasis on safety and high‑risk work practices.

You will perform surface prep, apply coatings, and operate rope-access equipment, supporting independent and small-team work. IRATA certification and 2+ years of rope-access painting are required, along with a strong WHS mindset and

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 1/2/3 or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of rope-access painting and façade experience.
• Strong WHS knowledge and high-risk work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Paint and maintain building surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding and priming.
• Apply paints and protective coatings with precision.
• Perform daily equipment checks and WHS compliance.
• Work independently or in small teams.
