Job summary

Technical Access Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians for facade restoration projects. Roles are available in part-time or full-time arrangements, with a typical 6:30 am to 3:30 pm schedule, Monday to Friday. On-site work, no FIFO, and opportunities to develop rope skills within an experienced crew.

From AU$40/hr plus super, compensation increases with competency and project needs. Prior painting or facade experience is welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 1/2/3 certification required.
• Construction Induction White Card.
• Working Safely at Heights certification.
• Willingness to learn and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Completing hands-on facade restoration work, including pressure washing, caulking, concrete repairs and painting.
• Working safely on ropes and following site risk controls and safe work practices.
• Supporting your crew leader to keep work productive and on schedule.
• Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.
• Building your rope access skills alongside experienced technicians.
